Chain of Command
Starting your own regiment is as easy as following the steps below!
These are the requirements for starting your own regiment!
1) Anyone Can get their Own Regiment no matter what rank.
2) $20.00 PER YEAR Regiment donation
3) Regiment CO MUST Be Active, If a Reg CO is not active 2 months IN A ROW the regiment will be disbanded.
4) The CO can Hand over the Regiment to another member (anyone of his choice) before it gets disband. A $20.00 fee will apply to transfer to a new CO.
5) A Regiment Must Have 5 actives Players or regiment will be disbanded (a New Regiment Has 2 months to get to 5 actives)
6) The Conncil Will have NOTHING to do with regiment CO's or regiment leadership's.
The Council will be made up of the current members, those who still want to be here. Anyone else can apply to be on council, no matter what rank they are. And the current council will have a vote to decide on council members.
7) Promo Structure:
Regiment Level 1: 1-5 active members (Reg Co Maj, Xo Cpt)
Regiment Level 2: 6-10 active members (Reg Co Lt.Col, Xo Maj, 2x Cpt)
Regiment Level 3: 11-15 active members (Reg Co Lt.Col, XO Maj, 3x Cpt)
Regiment Level 4: 16-20 active members (Reg Co Col, Xo Lt.Col, 1x Maj, 4x Cpt)
Regiment Level 5: 21-25 active members (Reg Co Col, Xo Lt.Col, 1x Maj, 5x Cpt)
Regiment Level 6: 26-30 active members (Reg Co Col, Xo Lt.Col, 2x Maj,6x Cpt)
Regiment Level 7: 31+ active members (Reg Co Col, Xo Lt.Col, 2x Maj, 7x Cpt)
