| You have more than one squad. |
You have joined the game twice, you will have problems moving around the map as you must stay within fire team range of both squads, but can only control one squad. Reboot the room to fix the problem or it will continue through future games. |
| Your soldier/s are shot at the start of the game by your own team. |
While in deployment time move your men to the edge of the Deployment zone, this bug only occurs if a team is spawned on top of your own team. |
| Game room closes without generating any error, and continues to do so every time you log back in. |
The most likely cause of this is you have been banned by a moderator. If you think you have been banned unfairly you should post a message in our forum asking why. |
| Error 237 Connection refused. Please wait while game resets. followed by Error 272 Network connection closed. |
The game room has been reset. Rejoin the room to play again as per normal. |
| Error 274 Network connection closed. |
You had a ghost stuck in the game room. When this error is generated the ghost is removed from the room and you should be able to enter with your next attempt. |
| Bad Username/Password. |
The most likely cause of this is you have not yet had your user name activated by a moderator. PM a moderator or post in the account activations forum to have a moderator look into it. |
| Your willy is not big enough for this game |
You are trying to join a regiment game, and you are either not a part of a regiment, or you have not been made cbr. Join a regiment or talk to your regiment CO or XO to be made cbr. |
| WinG Installation Error. |
Ensure that the file wing32.dll is installed in the C:\Windows\System32 directory.
n.b. On some older operating systems wing32.dll is required to be installed in the C:\Windows\System directory. |
| Room closes while loading map or scenario file. |
You do not have the Map or Scenario file installed correctly. Check the file paths for your game match the ones listed above in this FAQ, and then download the latest update files for the map you were trying to play. |

This version of the lobby requires Microsoft Dot Net Framework. There are known problems trying to install this lobby using FireFox browser. Use Internet Explorer or use the Lobby-only Download. |
| The game worked the last time you played but now you can not enter a room! |
There may be a map update! The game uses FTP port 21 to automatically download updated game files. If your computer is blocking port 21, the game update will hang up and you will not be able to join a room. Port blockers and Firewalls cause this. Try disabling your port block or Firewall to see if the game update will download properly. |
