| CoC Source - A New Beginning |

| | For those who do not know the game Chain of Command has 4
different programs total. One is the Creation.exe which everyone
should know exists on each players computer to make the game run.
On the game server there are two other programs. One is the
program that actually runs a room. The other is a program that starts
up all the rooms.
The program that starts up the rooms is known as the Launcher.
Originally written by 2am games programs - this program like the
others we have never had the source code too.
But in the month of March 2009 a new Launcher program has been
remade using clues found in the decompling of the original program.
We now have source code for a program that runs CoC!
In ranking the programs - the Server program and the Client program
(creation.exe) rank as the most difficult to recreate by decompiling.
But we have been able to verify the first parts of them already. By
creating a basic c++ program we have found that creation.exe was
made by the Microsoft Visual Studio 6. The program is a Single
Document interface found by actually decompiling samples of the
types of programs you can create in Visual Studio.
